If you need to
return merchandise:
(1) End Game, Inc. must be notified within 3 days of your
receiving the merchandise.
(2) Once notified, we will provide you with an authorization
number.
(3) The item must be returned within 10 days of
receiving your authorization. (Please note on the invoice
the reason for returning the item).
(4) Absolutely no refunds or returns will be accepted after two
weeks.
(5) There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns.
(6) You are responsible for shipping costs incurred to return
the item(s)
(7) Items must be received in same condition as originally
shipped. Damaged items will not be accepted.
(8) End Game, Inc. will initiate the package return via UPS or
other shipping method if the return is a result of our error.
Damaged Goods
End Game, Inc. uses utmost care in packaging products to ensure
their safe arrival; however, on occasion, damage may result from
improper handling by the courier. In the event that you receive
damaged goods, please contact End Game, Inc. immediately. All
claims for damaged goods must be submitted to the courier for
reimbursement. End Game, Inc. will assist you in your claim by
providing you with all of the pertinent shipping documentation
necessary. Please DO NOT discard any packaging materials
as they may be necessary for inspection by the courier.
Returning a gift?
If the item you are returning was a gift, the refund will be
issued to the person that purchased the gift and not the person
returning it.
